Mission: Episode 1: Master of Illusion
Location: Spacedock, Admiral's Office

Captain Cahal Vellv locked in step with Commodore Amos Leslie as the two men walked down the corridor towards the Admiral's office. The two had been in a meeting when the call for them to report to Admiral th'Kalnath's office. They arrived and the Admiral's assistance let them in promptly.

The Andorian was standing looking into the spacedock ship holding. Several ships were docked there, including Captain Vellv's Constellation Class, the Pisces. "Gentlemen." The Andorian started, "The Klingon's have released another B'Rel that can fire when cloaked." He turned and looked at the Human and Tellarite, "This is not good. I have gotten reports that they have attacked several convoys. We are not sure where it will strike next, but that is your task Captain." He cleared his throat, "I am sorry gentlemen for my frankness. It's just a lot to handle right now.

"I appreciate the frankness Admiral." Captain Vellv said. "The Pisces will be ready to launch over the next couple days. We are still waiting for a few essential crew to arrive." The Tellarite crossed his arms across his chest as he watched the Andorian Admiral return to his desk and scratch the base of his antennae.

"We are adding a special a sensor package to the ship. It is being installed now. Hopefully it will be installed today. I am also assigning Lieutenant, Junior Grade Myryam Aziz to your ship as well. She is an expert with this new sensor package." The Admiral said.

"What do we know about this Bird of Prey?" Commodore Leslie asked. The Human sat down across from the Admiral.

"Not much. The configuration is the traditional one, but reports say that they just see the a flash and then they are hit with a torpedo."

"What about disrupters? Can they use those while cloaked?" Cahal asked.

"Unknown." The Admiral said as he grabbed a PADD, "Here is all we know." He handed it to the Captain who read over it. There wasn't much there. "It would be in Starfleet's best interest to get one of these intact."

The Tellarite Captain handed the PADD to Commodore Leslie, "I can try my best Admiral, but no promises. The lives of my crew come first."

Nodding, the Admiral stood again and walked over to his window. "Captain. The lives of the whole Federation may depend on this. Let you mind think about that." The blue blooded anger was rising in the Andorian. "When you are able to capture one, take it to Starbase Epsilon 4. They will take it from there." When the Admiral turned around, his face was three shades of darker blue, "The fate of the Federation could rest on this mission, Captain."

"No pressure..." Commodore Leslie said looking up at the still standing Tellarite.
